Fat Burning Furnace Diet Program Review
The Fat Burning furnace program can be a bit intimidating when you first download it. The eBook runs for over 160 pages which require you to spend a bit of time reading through it. This may be an immediate turn-off since so many people turn to online based exercise and nutrition programs because they are so easy to access and start following.
Once you look into the eBook it isn’t as intimidating since many of the pages are filled with exercises and pictures of how they should be performed. This section will gradually be worked through, rather than read at once to initially get started with the program.
When you look just at the sections that actually explain the program and tell you what needs to be done, it is a very reasonable amount of material that can be tackled in a realistic amount of time.
Those how aren’t intimidated and stick with the program will really benefit from the program.
Principles Behind the Program
The Fat Burning Furnace program is focused on increasing your resting metabolic rate (RMR). This is essentially the amount of calories you burn while sitting completely still or sleeping. You burn calories while at rest because your heart is beating, blood is flowing through the body, and your organs are hard at work.
This program aims to help you burn more calories while at rest, rather than just burning more while you are working out.
This makes a lot of sense considering most people who are naturally thin eat just as unhealthy as the rest of us but have been blessed with a super fast metabolism. The goal of the program is to give yourself that super fast metabolism by adjusting the foods you eat and following a very simple yet highly effective strength training program.
The big allure to the Fat Burning Furnace program is this: if you can raise your metabolic rate and lose weight while following the program, you can keep the weight off for the rest of your life.
Again, this makes sense, but some online reviews make it out like you can take off the weight and then go back to your old eating habits and still keep the weight off since you have elevated your metabolism. It is important to realize this is not true! Your metabolic rate can drop quickly if you start eating unhealthy foods, huge quantities of food, and stop exercising.
What’s in the eBook?
The Fat Burning Furnace program requires you to workout just 20-30 minutes 2-3 days per week. All of the exercise suggested is strength training in nature with no requirements for cardio workouts at all.
This is perfect for those who are tight on time or who have trouble sticking with complicated programs that require daily workouts. Yet, it must be noted that there is nothing wrong with cardio workouts when done correctly and within reason. The program just does not require or encourage them as they take time and can be “boring” to some people.
Again, the logic here is sound as strength training will increase lean muscle mass which helps boost the metabolism and burn more fat even while the body is at rest. The exercises are very effective, especially when done super slow as the Fat Burning Furnace program suggests.
The eBook also features one small section on making proper eating choices, but it is not a huge restrictive plan like most people are used to finding in a diet program. The Fat Burning Furnace gives sound advice on eating real foods in the right quantities for fat loss. Again, it’s about metabolism not anti-carb or anti-fat lingo.
The Missing Link
If there were to be something missing with the Fat Burning Furnace program, it would be that all of the exercise routines are presented in the eBook with pictures, but there are no videos that would show proper form. Form is extremely important with strength training and videos would ensure users did each movement correctly to avoid injury.
You can purchase the BlowTorch upgrade, but the exercises in those videos are more advanced than those in the book so not everyone can use them right from the start.
Besides that one small flaw, the Fat Burning Furnace program is an excellent option for those who want to make a lifestyle change but don’t necessarily have the time to workout every day. If time is taken to read the program thoroughly in the beginning, lots of time will be saved in the long run!
